The Red Rock route on Rouvy climbs from Las Vegas into Red Rock Canyon, bordered by White Rock Hills to the left, and Turtlehead Mountain to the right.

The route is a HD video route, filmed from a bicycle. The video is very high quality, and the weather is superb with deep blue skies contrasting beautifully with the sandstone in the foreground. Only the amount of time spent led by another rider and the size of the shadows detract from the view.

The ride itself starts of with a fast downhill through the subrubs of Las Vegas, but thereafter forms a long and steepening climb into the mountains - with only a single downhill section of anhy real note.
