Route Description

The Meran to Terlan Cycle Path course by Klaus Herrig on Fulgaz is a flat, easy ride along the river Etsch - Adige from Meran to Terlan in the South Tyrol, Italy.

The scenery is dominated by the spectacular views across the river to the face of the Gantkofel-Macaion. The route starts to the left of the train line, before crossing under a bridge to right side, sandwiched between the river and tracks. A train comes through at one point, but try as you might, it is impossible to keep up with the train. At the end of the ride the route leaves the track at a bridge, turning up into Terlan.

The video is recorded in 4K resolution with stabilised and perfectly synchronised picture, recorded at a sensible speed that suffers from non of the comedic movements of characters in the video when the ride speed is significantly different to filming speed. If I was being critical, the picture is a little bleached in places, particularly in the early stages.

We hope that you enjoy the ride - let us know what you think in the comments box below.
