Welcome to the InsideRRR preview of the Ziptrak Seppeltsfield to Tanunda course on Fulgaz by Mike Clucas. Please read on to see my thoughts on the route, course profile and images, and my own ride data.

Route Description

The Ziptrak Seppeltsfield to Tanunda course by Mike Clucas on Fulgaz is a rolling horseshoe route through the vineyards of Southern Australia, which featured as the first stage in the Santos Tour Down Under event in July/August 2021.

The sky is blue, and the main views from this ride are of the surrounding fields and vines - on this Trek through Southern Australia's wine belt. The route climbs up into the hills to the East of Tanunda, before dropping back down to finish under the race banners in Tanunda.

The video is recorded in stabilised 4K resolution, recorded at a sensible speed to avoid comedic motions in shot. I struggled to keep up with Mike on this ride, partly as recovering from bronchitis, partly as acclimatizing to a new interactive trainer (Wattbike Atom NG), and partly because he is a much stronger cyclist than me! Either way, the video never really suffers from that.
