Nottingham Forest 0 - ⚽️ Burnley
Photographs from our game away at Nottingham Forest in the second round of the Carabao Cup last night.

Probably the most noticeable change was the return of Muric between the sticks. Though you always have your heart in your mouth with Muric in goal, it did seem to instill a bit more confidence and decisiveness in defence.
In the first half Burnley showed that they really can compete against Premier League teams in a way they failed to do so against Man City and Aston Villa.
In the second, Zeki Amdouni took his chance to put Burnley ahead infront of the visiting fans in the Bridgford Stand. Wilson Odobert narrowly missed a chance to put Burnley two up, and Nathan Redmond had looked bright early in the half too.
Forest had their chances, and always looked dangerous on the break, but could not convert.
A new chant echoed around the City Ground. Picture “Ooh, Zeki Amdouni” - to the tune of Seven Nation Army. I suspect it won’t be the last time we hear that.
An 01:30 crawl into bed was a shock to the system, doubt I’ll make a habit of travelling to midweek away games!
