    Kicking off the week on the 0545 Evo CC Flux (D) ride around Watopia’s Waistband on Zwift. I find these rides a really good way to kick off the day, though struggle to get up in time for them.

    As I prioritise fitness and weight loss, I’m going to try to make a point of trying to make these rides as often as possible.

    Strictly I’m a C cat, but doubt I’d hold on to the faster ride off the back of the leg strengthwork last night.
