I've implemented the sharing and button upgrades from @mauricerenck@mastodon.online IndieConnector 2.10.0 for KirbyCMS. It tidied up my panel view, with most blueprints fitting on a page.

My link post format makes much more sense syndicated through rss on to micro.blog, than it does direct posted through to mastodon and Bluesky. Might need to revisit that.

Two shots of the same post on my fed.brid.gy user from mastodon with files and tags, and bluesky as card only. Can anybody shed any light on what might be causing bluesky to only render the preview card?

It took a little research to find out how to display file sizes nicely on card previews in the @getkirby panel, but the appropriately named
text: "{{ file.nicesize }} - {{ file.dimensions }}"query does just that.

I'm still experimenting with fed.brid.gy as a direct fediverse presence for my site. I quite like the concept, though I need to add additional content types for likes, shares and comments for that to work properly.

Achievement of the weekend was refining my rss feed to show micro posts as titleless posts in the micro. blog timeline. Had it working last night, but fully rebuilt it today as I broke something with my final tweaks last night.

After spending the evening rebuilding microformats, as hoped, comments are now landing on the target article, and not my homepage. The indiewebify.me validators made this so much easier than the documentation.

As knee deep in code today, I also took the opportunity to upgrade the run/ride metadata on my site so that is more prominent and iconised, similar to my RSS and echofeed streams.

I've come up with a way to link blog and digital garden pages together on my website using a hidden tag field. I would have preferred to reverse the linked page field, but struggled to implement.
I can get on now with building out the remainder of my structure, and tidying up and arranging my content. While for future posts the two sections are semi automatically linked, galleries build directly from uploads, and the new RSS feeds automate posting to the IndieWeb.

Last night I changed all of the YouTube iframes on my site to no cookie variants, with a few Loom and Strava iframes still to resolve. That leaves a few trinket.io code playgrounds with session cookies to work out how best to replace.
